Early registration rates are available until April 1, 2012. (Authors of Papers and Posters must Register by March 2, 2012 in order to ensure that their paper/abstract will be part of the proceedings.) ******************** HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We will have multiple poster sessions that coincide with afternoon refreshments. It is not too late to present your research during one of these poster sessions. We will include the abstracts for the posters in the hard-bound conference proceedings for the abstracts have been submitted, accepted, and finalized by March 1, 2012. Poster abstracts accepted after that date will not appear in the hard-bound proceedings, but will be distributed separate from the proceedings at the conference.
To submit your poster abstract, please follow the submission guidelines on the conference website. The same process applies to abstracts for posters as was used for full papers, just select “poster” instead of “paper” when entering your abstract. The abstracts must be a maximum length of 250 words.

All papers will be finalized for the conference in the next few days. If you are an author and have not submitted your final revised version, please submit it by February 25, 2012 so that we can meet the publishing deadlines.

The ISEA is seeking to appoint an Assistant Editor for its journal Sports Engineering and applications are invited for this post. The Assistant Editor will work closely with the Editor in Chief, Dr Martin Strangwood, providing support for the processing of submitted papers and seeking especially to enhance the paper submission rate for the Journal.
