Congratulations Jonathon Neville on winning the prestigious 2009 Sports Engineering Student Project Competition run by the International Sports Engineering Association (ISEA). Jonathon gained an interest in sports engineering after undertaking summer vacation employment at Nathan in the Centre for Wireless Monitoring and Applications and doing his 4th year project. Jono's winning submission was entitled Kinematic Analysis of the Soccer Throw-in Using Inertial Sensors. He is now hoping to undertake a PhD in the sports engineering area. more info... |
